Coleen watched the action through a pair of binoculars on Day 2 of the Chester Races yesterday. She borrowed them from a gentlemen in the next box. After a few cheers Coleen looked a little glum as she watched her horse Tomway finish down the field.

May 2, 2012: Coleen and Wayne headed out to Gusto restaurant in Alderley Edge for a dinner date earlier this month.

On Thursday last week (April 19) Coleen was photographed going to a Phillip Armstrong fashion show at the Harvey Nichols store in Manchester.

Manchester United and England striker Wayne Rooney has bought a third juvenile racehorse with wife Coleen.

The couple have chosen their colours – jockeys will sport silks featuring a pink body, white sleeves and a pink and white hooped cap.

Colt Pippy was bought for £63,600 by the couple to be trained by Tom Dascombe at stables part-owned by Rooney’s team-mate Michael Owen.

“Wayne’s quite keen to have a runner at Chester’s May meeting,” Dascombe said.

This past weekend Coleen threw what must have been one heck of a birthday party. Celebrating her 26th, Coleen chose an Arabian theme and this camel (yes, camel!) was seen being pulled along the road towards their Cheshire home. Neighbour Alex Connock was quick to snap a picture and tweet it.
