April 9, 2010: Coleen and friends attend John Smith’s Grand National Ladies Day at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool, England. Coleen looked gorgeous in a black fitted mini-shift dress with puffed, embellished sleeves. She accessorised with an embellished clutch bag and Christian Louboutin heels.
