April 3, 2009: Coleen Rooney, who turns 23 today, attends Ladies’ Day at Aintree with her family. Coleen is wearing a strapless maxi dress by Roberto Cavalli, paired with a large gold clutch and gold Christian Louboutin heels. Coleen will be judging the event’s annual ‘best dressed’ competition. She should win it herself, in my opinion, she’s by far the best dressed person there. Elegant and classy!
