Coleen McLoughlin felt she had to explain why she hasn’t invited the Beckhams to her wedding.
Coleen has decided to only invite family and close friends, and wanted to explain herself to Victoria over the phone.
A source told The Sunday People: “Victoria appreciated the call. She was impressed that Coleen, who’s a lot younger than her, was mature enough to do it.”
Coleen and Wayne are planning to get married this summer in the Mediterranean.
Last week Wayne’s cousin spoke out after she was banned from the wedding. She told Celebs On Sunday: “She clearly sees us as nothing but chavs who aren’t high class enough to go to her big day.
“I can’t believe they’re having a 2.5 million wedding…It’s just ridiculous.”
