Bride-to-be Coleen has made sure her wedding day will also be a very special occasion for her younger sister, Rosie.
Coleen is said to have asked her little sister to be her chief bridesmaid when she marries Wayne Rooney this weekend. The ten-year-old, who suffers from Rett syndrome and needs constant care, burst into tears of joy at the thought.
“Family means everything to Coleen and she knew how much it would mean to Rosie,” a friend of the bride told a British newspaper. “This is her gift to her little sister.”

I just want to say how wonderful you looked on your wedding day what an inspiration I think you are! I loved your shows and was impressed how down to earth you are! I was totally blown away when I saw your wedding story and pictures in OK mag,and realised your little sister Rosie suffers from the same as my 19 month old grandaughter Madison is being tested for, Rett Syndrome, I am still in shock from being told that my little princess may have a condition which I know very little about,I would be very grateful if you could enlighten me as to how or at what age you and your family became aware of little Rosie’s condition. I lost my son Liam nearly five years ago in a tragic car accident so this has come as a double blow for us, I know this will be something very close I can see from your pictures how much Rosie means to you.
