Coleen popped in to her local Tesco for a bit of grocery shopping recently.

Dressed down for the trip in a furry, black waistcoat, the 22-year-old mingled with the crowd at her local store in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

One shopper said: “Nobody made a fuss of her because she just looked so normal.”

Coleen has reportedly signed a deal worth £500,000 to design a line of jewellery for Argos.

An inside source at the high street store told the Mirror: “Coleen is the person every girl in Britain wants to be… pretty, rich, a footballer’s wife but with a reputation for being lovely and normal with it.

“She knows what young women like and wants to be completely hands-on and have a part in every stage of the design process.”

Coleen now writes her column in OK! Magazine and I happened to buy the mag twice in the last few weeks, so I have scanned her column.

It’s a bit different, she writes more which is nice, but there is no “inside my wardrobe” anymore. I quite liked that part, but oh well. =)

Coleen Rooney’s book deal with HarperCollins has earned her £2million – but the publishing house might be having second thoughts about its investment in her.

Her debut book “Welcome To My World” went straight to No1 but her latest offering, “Coleen’s Real Style,” has sold fewer than 10,000 copies since its September release.
