With sleek chignon, cigarette holder and long black gloves, Coleen McLoughlin does her best impression of actress Audrey Hepburn in the classic movie “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.”

Coleen also poses as Brigitte Bardot and Marilyn Monroe in the shoot for Closer magazine (scans coming later!).

Coleen says Hepburn is a fashion inspiration.

Miss McLoughlin, who spent her early days in the spotlight in comfy tracksuits and Ugg boots, now prefers outfits that show off her svelte size 10 figure.

Whether her wedding dress will be inspired by the Hepburn style she so admires will be revealed in June when she marries Rooney in Italy.

“Audrey was so sophisticated,” she said.

“She really defined the classic look. That’s what made her an icon.”

Miss McLoughlin, who is a size 10, told Closer magazine that despite her upcoming June wedding she is not following a strict regime to lose further weight.

Coleen was spotted at Waitrose supermarket in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, in a navy blue tracksuit. It wasn’t just any tracksuit though, it had the words “Colly Mac” on it. Coleen’s new ‘Colly Mac’ range is designed in collaboration with Nike, with whom she has deal worth a reported £1.5million.

The contract, with Nike Women Sportswear, will see her promote her own line of sportswear. She will also model the branded range of tracksuits and leotards.

Another day at the races, another Balenciaga dress for Coleen, and another pair of Christian Louboutins.

Coleen was back at Aintree again yesterday and this time, she dressed to kill in a very cute, Grecian-style Balenciaga frock.

And it’s just as well she was looking quite stylish – because she was there not just to put a punt on the Grand National but also to present the award for the most stylish racegoer at Aintree.

The winner was 20-year-old Anna Perez here, who was wearing a £70 dress from her friend’s shop and who won because, as Coleen said, “she looks gorgeous and floral prints are really big this year”.

“It is freezing today but sometimes a girl has got to suffer to be stylish,” added the future Mrs Rooney.

Wayne gave her the money to buy a new spring wardrobe – but was said to be shocked when she returned with just a couple of items.

‘Wayne put the money behind the till at Cricket, but it was only enough for 2 outfits,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.
