Coleen McLoughlin felt she had to explain why she hasn’t invited the Beckhams to her wedding.

Coleen has decided to only invite family and close friends, and wanted to explain herself to Victoria over the phone.

A source told The Sunday People: “Victoria appreciated the call. She was impressed that Coleen, who’s a lot younger than her, was mature enough to do it.”

Footballer Rio Ferdinand is launching a celebrity hip hop version of Pop Idol, featuring celebrities singing hip hop classics.

The TV show will raise money for anti-gun charities via its phone vote. The Manchester United defender wants Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse as judges. According to The Guardian, Jimmy Carr and Coleen McLoughlin will appear.

Coleen will reportedly keep her maiden name after she marries Wayne Rooney.

The 22-year-old plans to marry Rooney, the Manchester United and England forward, this summer in a ceremony in the Mediterranean.

However, Hello! magazine reports that Coleen doesn’t want to take Rooney’s surname.

“McLoughlin is the name by which she is known and she sees no reason to change it,” a source told the magazine.

“She is proud to be a McLoughlin and she is proud of what she has achieved under the name.”

I don’t know if I believe this, because I remember reading a quote from Coleen saying she was going to start practising her new signature soon.

Coleen McLoughlin splashed out at the weekend, ordering 4 bottles of £50 bubbly for her pals in a drag club.

Coleen was helping a good friend celebrate her birthday at The Birdcage in Manchester.

And after enjoying the fizz, 21-year-old Coleen’s group took front row seats to watch drag queens and male strippers do their stuff on stage.

After the cabaret, the girls hit the dance floor – and Coleen seemed to be having a fantastic time.

Coleen’s Real Women is so popular that it will be getting a second series!

“I’m thrilled. I loved making the first series and have been made up about all the successes enjoyed so far by the girls taking part – with hopefully more to come. Coleen and Wayne are currently in fashion capital Milan for a designer shopping trip. They don’t look too happy in this picture, nor in the two after the jump, but it must be annoying having photographers present on your little Italian getaway.

Wayne Rooney has apparently splashed out £140,000 on a birthday gift for Coleen.

Wayne snapped up a fabulous diamond necklace at the Manchester branch of top jewellers Boodle & Dunthorne last week.

He could have saved himself a bundle by going to a nearby John Lewis store and picking up a flash-looking necklace for just £199.

But millionaire Wayne opted for a dazzling string of pink stones, which he will give to his fiancee when she turns 22 on April 3.

Ever since “Coleen’s Real Women” started I have received an insane amount of emails from people who want to be on the show. I have done my best at replying to everyone, but instead of me spending a lot of time telling everyone the same thing, I thought I would just make a post about it on the site.

While I am not involved with the show and do not have any insider knowledge, I do know that the entire show finished filming last year! There are no more castings and no more episodes being filmed.

As for another question I’m constantly asked: “When does the second series start filming?” At the moment there has not been any information or news about a second series of the show. I don’t know if there are any plans for it, but any news regarding the show will be posted on this site.

Coleen McLoughlin and Wayne Rooney have reportedly signed a £2.5million deal for exclusive coverage of their wedding this summer.

The pair were originally have rumoured to have signed a joint £1.5million deal last year – for coverage of both Coleen’s 21st birthday party and the wedding – but now a source has told the People newspaper that the new deal covers all worldwide rights for the event, with the winning bidder expected to resell magazine and TV rights to other publications around the world.

The source explained: “The company who have signed the deal are ecstatic.”
