Wayne Rooney is literally begging his fiancée Coleen McLoughlin to hire a bodyguard after he heard that she and her parents had received death threats.

According to a report in The Daily Star, Coleen, 21, Wayne, 21, and her parents Tony and Colette, both 44, were sent written threats at Coleen’s family’s home in Huyton, Liverpool.ut Coleen, who lives in a four million pound mansion in Cheshire, is determined not to employ a security team.

“We are more happy with what we have in place,” the tabloid quoted her spokesman, as saying.

Coleen McLoughlin has been subjected to a vicious hate campaign targeting her family home.

The fiancee of Manchester United footballer Wayne Rooney is terrified after threats were sent to her parent’s house in Merseyside.

Coleen, 21, now lives in a luxury mansion with Wayne and the hateful messages were delivered to her parents, Colette and Tony.

Since Rooney’s explosive rise to international stardom, the McLoughlin family has been repeatedly targeted by local thugs.

The latest abuse comes just months after mindless yobs scrawled sickening graffti about England star Rooney over the walls and driveway of their five-bedroomed executive pad.

The petrified WAG’s mum Colette, 40, said the family are determined to carry on with their everyday lives.

She said: “We’ve had trouble in the past with yobs smashing up our cars and throwing things at the windows, but this is the most twisted act yet.

“We have not changed, but there are very jealous people who want to make our lives a misery with these horrible acts.

“It makes you sick just to think of them outside when we were in bed scrawling such horrible things on the driveway.

Coleen McLoughlin has revealed she’s more argumentative than her fiancé Wayne Rooney. ‘When we argue, he’s always the one who says, “Forget it”, and I’m the one who wants to carry it on,’ says Coleen.

‘I find it hard to forget, even if the row was my fault in the first place. He’s very calm.’

But what do the Wayne and Coleen have bust-ups about when they’re feeling grumpy in their £4 million Cheshire mansion?

‘Daft stuff, like everybody else,’ she tells Weekend magazine. ‘Every relationship has its ups and downs, but we’re just in the position where everyone knows it.’
